Join Cheryl Chaffee & friends for this 90‑minute workshop designed to nurture body, mind, and heart. We’ll begin with gentle movement accompanied by the calming tones of the handpan and Native American flutes. From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, resting in profound stillness as the vibrations of crystal bowls wash over you in a soothing sound bath. It’s the perfect opportunity to let go of what you don’t need and set positive intentions for yourself
Please bring your own yoga mat and blankets
